These Hallucinations are a result of falsely generated, incorrect or misleading information that can be presented as fact. The risk for the disabled user as an example may be being directed to an accessible building which is in fact quite the opposite.
Another issue that can arise when a hallucination is encountered is that it causes confusion, a lack of trust in the technology (especially if they are dependent on it) and the user may have to use additional mental effort to try and work out or verify the information.
Dependence on Technology
